These bulbs are designed so that 90% of the energy transmitted is generated as heat rather than light producing direct, glare-free warmth to animals. The sealed reflector distributes warmth towards the front of the bulb, ensuring that heat is not lost through the back of the lamp. Perfect for use as a heat lamb for newborn animals when used with the red bulb holder and shade.
